[Abstract] This project proposes the development of an interactive digital platform dedicated to the Post-Occupancy Evaluation of Social Housing (APOHIS), focusing on constructive quality and the use of artificial intelligence and public data integration as the basis for technical, perceptual, and territorial analyses. By replacing manual and fragmented practices, the proposal adopts an innovative digital approach that combines automated data collection, interactive visualization, and predictive analysis, enabling more precise, replicable, and evidence-based housing diagnostics. The goal is to create a scalable technological tool applicable to housing management through the structured collection of information on technical performance, comfort, use, and resident satisfaction, articulated with external databases — such as education, health, location, and urban infrastructure. The system will employ machine learning models to identify performance patterns and support strategic decision-making in both public and private sectors. The platform will be applied and validated in developments of the Programa Minha Casa, Minha Vida, in partnership with the company Opção Empreendimentos Ltda., fostering collaboration between academia and the productive sector and establishing a robust methodological foundation for the continuous evaluation of housing policies. The project aligns with the research line in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) by integrating digital solutions, artificial intelligence, urban data analysis, and interactive interfaces, promoting applied innovation in the field of social housing and contributing to the digital transformation of the construction sector in Brazil.
